All orders will incure a freight charge. Due to the nature of the products and the variety of product shapes and sizes we are unable to advise the cost of shipping before the order is picked. Please note an additional charge of $5 per package will be incured for rural deliveries. We endevour to keep freight costs to a minimum. To ensure goods are traceable when shipped we ship via a courier service and are unable to post goods.
Sales Taxes
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION (as determined by staff at ImPres) and notification is within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in NZ dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer and a 10 % restocking fee will apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility. | |
