SubscribeAll orders will incur a freight charge. Please note an additional charge of $5 per package will be incurred for rural deliveries. We endeavour to keep freight costs to a minimum. To ensure goods are traceable when shipped we ship via a courier service and are unable to post goods.
North Island: 2-3 days
South Island: 1-2 days
Rural deliveries: This service will take an additional 2 days
PO Boxes: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, please include a residential address when finalising your order.
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION (as determined by staff at ImPres) and notification is within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in NZ dollars.
For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
